As we begin a new academic year at Riverside School, we are excited to embrace this year’s theme: “Dream Big. Work Hard. Make it Happen.” This theme reflects the mindset that drives success both in the classroom and in athletics. Every achievement begins with a goal, is fueled by dedication, and is accomplished through consistent effort and perseverance.
At Riverside, we believe that academic success is the foundation of every student’s journey. In the classroom, you develop the knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that prepare you for future opportunities. In athletics, you learn discipline, commitment, teamwork, and resilience. Together, these experiences help shape well-rounded individuals who are prepared to meet challenges and achieve their goals.
Being a Ram means setting high expectations for yourself. It means balancing responsibilities, staying committed when things get difficult, and understanding that success is earned through hard work every day. Whether you are stepping onto a field, court, track, or course, you represent Riverside through your effort, character, and determination.
As you begin this school year, challenge yourself to set ambitious goals, give your best effort in the classroom and in competition, and take pride in your growth along the way. Our coaches, teachers, and staff are here to support you every step of the journey.
Dream Big. Work Hard. Make it Happen. Let's make this a year of achievement, growth, and success.
