We’re so excited that your child(ren) will be joining the “RAMILY”.
Full Day Preschool (3 and 4 year olds) –
PLEASE NOTE: as of May 2026, there is a waiting list for the Preschool program, but fill out the online registration to have your child placed on the list.
Elementary School (Kindergarten - 5th)
Middle School (6th - 8th)
High School (9th - 12th)
Please follow the steps below to start the enrollment process.
Step 1: Complete the Online Registration
The registration process begins online through our secure registration portal:

Helpful tip: Save your username and password so you can return to your application if needed while gathering documents.
Step 2: Gather Your Documents
Once in the Oncourse Registration Portal, you will be required to upload the following documents:
🏠 Proof of Residency
Provide ONE of the following:
- Current lease agreement
- Mortgage statement
- Property tax bill
- Deed
PLUS 2 CURRENT bills (dated within the last 30-60 days) showing your name and address, such as:
- Electric bill
- Gas bill
- Water bill
- Cable/Internet bill
- Other current household bills
👶 Student Documents
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Immunization records (from birth)
- Physical examination from within the last 365 days
- Most recent report card or transcript (for transfer students)
- IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
- Custody paperwork (if applicable)
📄 Additional Forms (if needed)
Some families may need additional documents, such as:
- Release of Records form (transfer students) Release of Records Form
- Residency affidavits, if applicable / Please read each scenario to determine which best fits your living situation. *If none of the below pertain to your situation, please don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance.
- Landlord affidavits – If the child and parent/legal guardian reside in a home in Riverside without a written lease – Both portions are REQUIRED to be signed and notarized: (1) landlord/property manager AND (2) parent/legal guardian Landlord affidavit
- Homeowner/Host affidavits – If the child and parent/legal guardian reside with the homeowner in Riverside without a written lease and without paying rent – Both portions are REQUIRED to be signed and notarized: (1) homeowner AND (2) parent/legal guardian Homeowner/Host affidavit
- Homeowner affidavits – If the child and parent/legal guardian reside in a homeowner’s home in Riverside without a written lease and without paying rent and with the homeowner living at a separate address – Both portions are REQUIRED to be signed and notarized: (1) homeowner AND (2) parent/legal guardian Homeowner affidavit
- Educational guardianship – contact the Central Registrar for the proper paperwork
