In case of inclement weather, the promotion will be delayed until 7:00 p.m. At that time, should the weather preclude the ceremony from being held outdoors, it will be moved into the Pop Vernon Field House at 7:00 p.m.
Please keep this in mind if your family is making plans or reservations. Holding two reservations at separate times may be advisable to accommodate any weather-related delay.
